Below: On the engine stand getting stripped down. Below: What a ugly little motor! Below: Oil pan, oil and transmission dipsticks, motor mounts, oil fill tube and exhaust heat shields getting a fresh coat of paint. Below: The block got a coat of black paint. Insides looks fairly clean for having 68,000 miles on it. Below: Somewhere in time the previous owner had one of the flywheel to torque converter bolts come out. Found it here hiding. There where 4 bolts in place when I took it apart. Below: What a big difference a little paint makes! The fram oil filter is just temporary.
